Angry Apps LLC
Technology Built Around the People Mainstream Tech Ignored.
Mission
The name is intentional. But anger is not the product. Solutions are. Frustration identifies a problem quickly. Angry Apps builds inside the gap.
Angry Apps LLC is an independent technology company founded to create practical applications around problems, experiences, and communities that are often overlooked by mainstream technology. We are interested in specific problems — not technology for its own sake. We are willing to build for audiences that larger companies consider too specialized. A useful application does not have to serve millions of people to deserve to exist.
Why this exists
Sometimes the gap is practical — information exists, but people need a better way to organize it.
Sometimes the problem is access — professional systems are built around institutions rather than the people trying to navigate them.
Sometimes the gap is cultural — entire communities, traditions, and experiences are barely represented in mainstream technology.
And sometimes it is simply this: there should be an app for this. Angry Apps is what happens when that question finally gets an answer.

PWA4U — Medical Documentation
When patients feel dismissed, misunderstood, or poorly treated, remembering and organizing everything that happened becomes another burden. PWA4U helps users create contemporaneous records of their healthcare experiences — time-stamped documentation, supporting media, timelines, and exportable records. It does not replace medical professionals. It gives patients a tool to document their own experience. Built with particular relevance for Black women, whose experiences of dismissal and disparity in healthcare have been extensively documented.

Spiritual Technology
Spiritual technology rooted in Hoodoo tradition. U-Hoodoo brings Hoodoo practice into a purpose-built digital environment rather than forcing practitioners to piece together unrelated tools. Scripture, workings, divination, oils, moon phases, ancestor resources, and a Guided Working Builder — all designed to be used, not just read. The goal is not to digitize Hoodoo until it becomes generic. It is to use technology while preserving the tradition's cultural context.

How we build
Angry Apps uses an AI-assisted development model. That distinction matters.
Products are not created by typing a sentence into an AI system and accepting whatever appears. Product development requires decisions about users, functionality, architecture, language, risk, pricing, accessibility, legal boundaries, user experience, testing — and what should not be built. AI dramatically increases what one founder can research, prototype, analyze, and develop. Human judgment remains at the center.
The result is a development model in which the distance between identifying a problem and testing a potential solution can become dramatically shorter. That is particularly powerful for niche markets. Historically, a specialized idea might never have survived the economics of traditional software development. AI changes those economics. Angry Apps intends to explore what becomes possible because of that change.
"The long-term opportunity is larger than any individual application. It is the ability to repeatedly recognize underserved problems and turn them into useful technology."
Founder
Founder, Angry Apps LLC
I did not begin as a software developer. My background is in political science, business, government, bankruptcy, finance, and public service. For years, I worked inside systems, helped people navigate systems, and watched what happened when ordinary people were expected to understand complicated processes without adequate tools.
I kept noticing gaps. And for a long time, having the idea and being able to build the product were two very different things. Then artificial intelligence changed the equation.
AI did not suddenly make me a software engineer. It gave me the ability to work differently — to research faster, interrogate an idea, learn unfamiliar technical concepts while building, test workflows, challenge assumptions, and move between business strategy and product development without waiting for a traditional development team to assemble around an idea.
I became an extreme user of the technology. One application became another. That became a portfolio. That portfolio became Angry Apps LLC.
"I did not wait until I had the traditional résumé of a technology founder. I started with something else: years of professional experience, problems I understood, questions I could not stop asking, ideas I believed deserved to exist, and technology that finally made building them possible."
What we stand for
Specificity
Specific problems. Specific users. Not technology for technology's sake.
Access
Professional systems should not be gatekept. Tools should belong to the people who need them.
Documentation
Evidence matters. Records protect. Documentation is more useful before you desperately need it.
